A note about the production:
I met Robert Trivers while filming Breath of Life, a film exploring why we humans have a difficult time responding to environmental problems on the near horizon. Dr. Trivers became immediately fascinating to me, both his personal life and his work which has ‘not only revolutionized genetics and evolutionary biology but has influenced disciplines from medicine and the social sciences to history, economics, and literary studies.’
As the description of his latest book points out “anyone interested in science, the human condition or the nature of creative genius will be thoroughly entertained and educated”. The Film will be released in 2016. * Many thanks to Dr. Richard Dawkins, Dr. Steven Pinker, Michael Shermer, Dr. Bruce Hood, Dr. Amy Jacobson, Dr. Laurie Santos, Dr. Mark Thomas, and Dr. Thomas Metzinger, among many who have contributed to the film.
